Our robust Medical Weight Loss Program is Nurse Practitioner led to ensure effective guidance and safety. Our program is overseen my our medical director, Dr. Reilly.

Medications offered include Semaglutide (known as Ozempic or Wegovy), Tirzepatide (known as Mounjaro), and select oral appetite suppressants.

Consults occur on Fridays 3-5pm, Saturdays 9am-12pm with Cherrell Shells, DNP. Appointments outside hernormal schedule will be posted as they become available. Please call or text us at 989-403-5463 if an alternate date/time is desired.

A $75 consultation fee is due at time of booking your initial consult. The cost of meds vary depending on prescribed dose, but below are the starting costs for the first month.

Semaglutide: $225 med + $75 consult =$300
Tirzepatide: $350 med + $75 consult = $425

Please note: after consultation, labs are reviewed, and invoice is paid, all meds are shipped to clients' home, unless otherwise specified. Self-administration education will be provided.
