Our robust Medical Weight Loss Program is Nurse Practitioner led to ensure effective guidance and safety. Our program is overseen my our medical director, Dr. Reilly.

Medications offered include compounded Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and select oral appetite suppressants.

Consults occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 5-7pm with Cherrell Shells, DNP. Appointments outside her regular schedule will be posted as they become available. Please call or text us at 989-403-5463 if an alternate date/time is desired.

A $75 consultation fee is due at time of booking your initial consult. The cost of meds vary depending on prescribed dose, but below are the starting costs for the first month for new clients.

Semaglutide: $220 med + $75 consult =$295
Tirzepatide: $345 med + $75 consult = $420

Please note: after consultation, labs are reviewed, and invoice is paid, all meds are shipped to clients' home, unless otherwise specified. Self-administration education will be provided, as necessary.
